Following his proclamation as president, Settimo Nizzi released his first statements: ”"The priorities are those already known, starting with transport, along with schools and the environment, key issues for our region. Renovating our schools is absolutely essential to combat the worrying social scourge of school dropout and to bring the value of culture and knowledge back to the forefront, essential for approaching the world of work with the proper preparation.".
Regarding mobility, Nizzi mentioned the Monte Pino road: ”"We are in close and constant contact with the key stakeholders—ANAS, the Province, and the Region—to quickly close this matter and restore normal operation to this strategic stretch of road connecting the coast to the Gallura hinterland... there are only a few small inconsistencies that need to be rectified in the document to be signed, so we can resolve the matter quickly.".
In conclusion, the newly elected president emphasized the need to meet and discuss with collaborators, in order to establish a coordination process that will ensure the immediate implementation of the activities to be carried out.
