The Consortium for the Protection of Vermentino di Gallura DOCG is a voluntary, non-profit association that unites Gallura producers to protect, promote, and enhance the eponymous white wine, Sardinia's only DOCG. Founded with the aim of safeguarding the product's quality and its territorial identity, the Consortium oversees compliance with production regulations, promoting Vermentino di Gallura both in Italy and abroad.
