At any time of year, in any season, this land is surprising and extraordinary, in its colors and its views, in its people capable of catapulting us back to distant eras, times when the doors of homes were open to all, where at the table a glass of wine was stirred and offered in honor of hospitality, friendship, and cordiality.
And all around are green fields, pastures of animals, cows, sheep, and goats that coexist with families of wild boars, often a little intrusive, a little noisy, a little destructive, always searching for food that they find by digging into the earth, making it in places uneven and seemingly unkempt, a price willingly paid to experience the pleasure of nature in its purest form.
In the cold period the snow-capped peaks of the Limbara They form an extraordinary contrast with the sea, outlining a territory that is a work of art of generous and colorful nature.
Gallura – Monte Acuto is a favorite destination for travelers and tourists from all over the world, drawn every year to this land that combines one of the Mediterranean's most captivating coastlines with a hinterland steeped in ancient history.
