The adventure of the Gigantes Cooperative starts in the municipality of Buddusò, when, after a chat, three young people realize the lack of a team capable of enhancing the Buddusò area and its historical, artistic and environmental heritage.
Today, Gigantes is that reality, a cooperative committed to making accessible and enjoyable those priceless assets that make Buddusò an unmissable stop on a visit to Sardinia. Through capable and professional management, Gigantes brings tourists and visitors to the attention of the numerous archaeological sites of the country and of the MAC Museum of Contemporary Art, which is located near the historic center and hosts a significant number of wooden and granite statues made in Buddusò during the International Symposia.

Since 2025 the museum has also become a Tourist Reception Center, offering a qualified information and assistance service, open all year round. The entrance to the museum is accompanied by an evocative series of granite statues that make up the outdoor park, offering visitors a preview of local art and culture. Upon arrival at the museum, tourists will be greeted by a museum operator who, upon request, will take them to guided tour to archaeological sites.
The cooperative's goal is to tell the story of the country's heritage and make it accessible to all, promoting knowledge through guided tours, events, and educational activities. excursions can be organized both on foot and using a 4x4, allowing visitors to explore Buddusò's natural and historical wonders in depth. Tours can also be organized Workshops and educational activities for families and schools, children, adults, or the elderly, offering an engaging experience suitable for all ages.

Furthermore, The Cooperative aims to encourage tourism and hiking, contributing to the diversification and deseasonalization of the tourist offering, so that the heritage of Buddusò can be experienced and appreciated throughout the year.
