The wineries participating in the Strada del Vermentino represent the best of Sardinian wine production, with top-quality wines that enhance the flavors of the island's gastronomic tradition and elegantly pair with the finest Italian and international specialties. From Vermentino di Gallura DOCG to fine reds and other local products, each bottle tells a story of passion, terroir, and culture.
The agreement between Gallura Tourism Association e Vermentino di Gallura Road was born with the aim of promoting one of the most precious heritages of the area: the winemaking culture of Gallura and Sardinia.
The agreement strengthens the shared vision of developing the Gallura economy, offering greater visibility to wine companies and creating new promotional opportunities through GAO – Gallura Always Open, the network project of the Gallura Turismo Association which today brings together over 330 companies between accommodation facilities, particularly non-hotel accommodations, restaurants, service businesses, and local producers, with the ambition of becoming the largest network of tourism businesses in Sardinia.
Among the planned initiatives, Gallura Turismo will organize guided tours and experiences directly at the associated wineries, allowing visitors to learn firsthand the history, production techniques, and secrets that have made these wines a symbol of Sardinian winemaking excellence. A journey through vineyards, flavors, and traditions that will make wine tourism an experience to be enjoyed year-round.
Below we publish the complete list of all the companies associated with the Vermentino di Gallura Road, protagonists of this important project to enhance the territory.
